Company Christmas Party!

Maybe I shouldn’t be bringing attention to the fact that we haven’t posted a blog post in more months than I care to mention, but holy cow this was a busy fall season for us! We clocked in an average of about 3 weddings per weekend for the last 4 months…so many awesome couples we got to meet and it was so awesome to be a part of their big day!

But no better way to wrap up the year than by having our first ever company Christmas Party!!! In a short 18 months, we have grown from 2 employees, all the way to 9 now. It’s been an incredible ride and we (Sharley and Taylor) are so grateful for every one of them and all they do to help us. So we only thought it appropriate to party. We headed out to Top Golf for some fun and followed it up with the greatest round of White Elephant gift exchange that you have ever seen! Top gifts included a CD from Glenna with karaoke tracks that she sings along with (this had us all rolling for several minutes) and a sign that said “Home is where the Ho & Me come together. Needless to say, it was a great night!

Here is the time to get personal. Share a little bit about yourself and your story in a way that helps visitors connect with you. Let them in on your “why” and what lights you up about the work you do.

Keep it warm, human, and relatable - this isn’t about listing credentials, but about giving people a sense of who you are and what it’s like to work with you. Add a touch of personality, quirks, or values so they feel like they’re getting to know the real you.
