Hey, I’m Taylor, your DJ and timeline guru, and I definitely don’t get jealous when I’m not the funniest person in the room .
Before I ever played a wedding, I was the kid hauling amps for garage bands and running sound anywhere someone would hand me a guitar. My first “official” DJ gig came at sixteen when a friend’s mom offered to pay me $50 to DJ her daughter’s wedding, which was $50 more than I ever made in a band. Fun twist? That friend later married my sister, and together we started Save This Memory. So yeah… weddings are kind of in my DNA.
When I’m not hyping up your guests, I’m probably building Legos with my kids or adding another button-up Star Wars shirt to my collection. (Yes, I wear them to weddings. No, they don’t always get noticed. One bride called my style “classy but a little bit flashy,” and I’m absolutely keeping that.) I’m married with five kids. Yes, five. Any tip money I get goes directly into the shoe fund.
Couples book me because they want a night where nobody has to think and everybody wants to dance. I don’t just run a timeline, I run the energy that makes it feel fun.
